At JCI (Junior Chamber International), we believe in the power of young leaders to drive change in this ever-changing world. Founded in 1915, JCI is a global nonprofit organization uniting over 150,000 active members from more than 100 countries. Our members are passionate young leaders, aged 18 to 40, dedicated to creating positive change in their communities, industries, and beyond.
Our members work collaboratively to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and implement projects that address real-world issues. We focus on four key areas of development opportunities: individual development, community impact, international collaboration, and business and entrepreneurship. By equipping young leaders with the skills and resources they need to grow, JCI creates a ripple effect that benefits individuals, organizations, and societies alike.
Through partnerships with businesses, governments, and other nonprofit organizations, JCI amplifies its mission to create a world where all people have the opportunity to thrive. These partnerships drive innovation, leverage resources, and expand the reach of our projects and initiatives.
