JCI (Junior Chamber International) is proud to announce a historic new chapter in its journey of collaboration and impact: the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) at the 14th World Chambers Congress in Melbourne, Australia.
This alliance brings together one of the world’s largest youth leadership organizations with the most extensive global business network, unlocking limitless opportunities to drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development worldwide.
The agreement was formally signed by ICC Secretary General John W.H. Denton and JCI Interim Secretary General Elvin Teo, in the presence of 2024 JCI President Kaveen Kumar Kumaravel and 2025 JCI Executive Vice President Mark Joseph David.
Connecting Entrepreneurs Across Borders
During the Congress, JCI proudly hosted the JCI in Business (JIB) – International Business Matching Session, an inspiring platform where entrepreneurs and professionals from across the globe connected, exchanged ideas, and explored opportunities for collaboration.
This impactful session was made possible thanks to the dedication and support of JCI Australia National President Atlanta Lloyd, Deputy National President Alex Beard, and the dynamic members of JCI Australia, whose efforts created an inclusive and engaging environment for participants.

Shaping the Future Together
With the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding, JCI and ICC are setting the stage for bold new initiatives that will strengthen business ecosystems, foster meaningful global partnerships, and amplify our collective impact.
Together, we look forward to empowering entrepreneurs and advancing sustainable progress on a global scale.
