Online | 4 June 2026 – Junior Chamber International (JCI) participated in RELX SDG Inspiration Day 2026, a global virtual event bringing together leaders from business, government, civil society and international organizations to explore solutions and partnerships advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a strong focus on climate action and sustainability.

Representing JCI was Anirudh Sistla, JCI 2026 Chairperson of the Sustainability Commission, who hosted and moderated the session titled “Generation Climate: Young Leaders Driving Action for the SDGs.”

The session highlighted the critical role young leaders play in accelerating climate action and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals through advocacy, collaboration and community-driven initiatives. Joining the discussion were Megi Marku and Timothy Sitanya, Global Focal Points of YOUNGO, along with Clover Hogan, climate activist and founder of Force of Nature.

Together, the speakers explored how young people are mobilizing communities, influencing policy discussions and driving innovative solutions to address climate challenges at both local and global levels. The conversation also emphasized the importance of intergenerational collaboration and creating platforms that empower youth voices in sustainability decision-making.

JCI’s participation in RELX SDG Inspiration Day reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals and ensuring young leaders remain at the forefront of global conversations on climate action, sustainable development and social impact.

Through initiatives, partnerships and international dialogue, JCI continues to empower leaders to create positive change and contribute to building a more sustainable, inclusive and resilient future for all.
