At the end of March 2026, the coastal city of Pyrgos welcomed more than 500 young leaders from over 50 countries. Among the diverse voices driving conversations on leadership, purpose, and impact, JCI was actively present—engaging not only as an organization, but as a committed partner alongside AIESEC in a shared effort to shape the future of youth leadership worldwide.
The world needs YOUth
One of the defining moments of JCI’s presence at EuroXpro 2026 came through the keynote session delivered by the 2026 JCI Vice President Jana Daniela Šabatková.
Her session, “The World Needs YOUth”, went beyond a traditional speech. It became a moment of reflection in a room filled with hundreds of young leaders—an invitation to look inward before stepping outward into action. Through a powerful narrative on conscious leadership, VP Jana Daniela challenged participants to reconsider not only what leadership means, but how it is lived.
The response was immediate and deeply emotional. Participants engaged with the message in a way that transcended the session itself, reinforcing JCI and AIESEC’s positioning as more than organizations, but platforms where awareness becomes action, and leadership becomes responsibility.
From conversations to collaboration
Alongside this keynote moment, JCI, represented by VP Jana Daniela and Partnerships Manager Diego Muñoz Quiroz, engaged in a series of dynamic networking interactions designed to open new doors for collaboration.
At the same time, JCI promoted the 2026 Global Youth Summit, positioning it as a natural next step for young leaders to continue their journey beyond AIESEC.
A new layer of collaboration
What emerged from EuroXpro 2026 was not only renewed energy, but direction. A clear opportunity is now opening for structured national-level collaboration between JCI National Organizations and AIESEC Member Committees.
These pilot initiatives aim to move the partnership from global alignment to local execution—turning shared vision into shared action through events, programs, and joint initiatives.
JCI National Organizations interested in exploring this collaboration are invited to take the first step and connect with their local AIESEC counterparts.
Moving forward
EuroXpro 2026 was not a standalone moment, but part of a long-standing collaboration that continues to evolve. It reflects the shared commitment of two organizations, united in purpose, working together to empower a generation of leaders ready to shape the future.
