The Creative Young Entrepreneur (CYE) program is an international competition created from the ground up by JCI to encourage, honor and celebrate exceptional young entrepreneurs and the role of innovation in their entrepreneurial climb to global success.

INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION.
International Collaboration through events provides JCI members with unique opportunities to connect, grow, and engage in meaningful cross-border interactions. Through the JCI 4 Area Conferences and the JCI World Congress held annually in different regions, members can participate in dynamic training sessions, workshops, and networking activities designed to enhance leadership skills and foster collaboration. These events empower members to share best practices, exchange innovative ideas, and build lasting partnerships, including an award ceremony to recognize outstanding leaders.
TEN OUTSTANDING YOUNG PERSON (TOYP)
The JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) program honors exceptional individuals under 40 across ten diverse categories, including cultural achievement, humanitarian leadership, and scientific innovation. By celebrating these outstanding leaders, TOYP recognizes their extraordinary impact and inspires global collaboration, culminating each year in our Award Ceremony at the World Congress.

DEVELOPMENT.
